I'll be teaching IRL at the lovely Madre Linen headquarters here in Portland! Please come! I'm excited to join the sweet community at Madre—they create beautiful linens for the home, but they are are also doing all kinds of cool community events at their space that honor connection and well-being.

Class is Slow Flow, a steady and grounded practice rooted in the teachings of hatha yoga. We will mindfully move and explore, inviting strength, openness, and soul nourishment. There will be space to move energy through the body, connect deeply to your breath, and cultivate both stability and ease. Expect slowness and attention to the subtle. All body shapes and sizes and breadth of yoga experience welcome! (We love children but this class is currently only open to adults!)
Since this is the first yoga class at Madre, we don't have props or mats available at this time. Please bring a yoga mat and blanket (and anything else you'd like to have to support your personal practice). We will not be offering a live stream of this first class—however, we will likely make this option available in the near future.
